Designing of Quick Switching System with Two Level Tightening

Abstract

This paper introduces a new sampling system named Quick Switching System with two level Tightening which is used to make Accept / Reject decisions when inspecting a large quantity of series of lots. This special type of Sampling system contains the combinations of three sampling plans namely normal, tightened (level I) and tightened (Level II) plan which is used to design to adopt the situations of change of quality when optimizes the inspection cost and time. The main thrust of this paper is to reduce Producer’s and Consumer’s risk as well as to provide a high – level protection from the bad quality.
