Hydraulic Oil Cleanliness Using Millipore Test

Abstract

Hydraulic systems are found in a variety of industrial, construction, and agricultural machinery, ranging from pick-up trucks to forklift trucks.Hydraulic oil has a high degree of incompressibility and fluidityParticles that are insoluble cause hydraulic fluid pollution. The pollution of the fluid accelerates the system's wear and tear.We propose a Millipore test kit in this research to analyze the number of particles present in the polluted solution. The amount of water, wear debris, and air in hydraulic oil shows its cleanliness.The cleanliness levels of hydraulic fluids are established by ISO, SAE, and NAS standards.
