Reducing Disparities in Regional Development and Managing Local Digital Teaching and Educational Innovation
Abstract
The digitization of the global industry accelerates regional disparities, which also makes education face an increasing need for change and challenges how teachers can manage this situation.In this paper, it mainly analyzes the current situation of the digital literacy of teachers and the creative management of education digitizationin our country, as well as the ongoing active exploration.The results show that there are still obvious deficiencies and irregularities in digital teaching ecology, digital teaching literacy and digital education management in China, which affect the regional development. At the end, suggestions for further improvement are put forward.
