Power Generation Rights Trading Model under the Influence of Renewable Energy Power Consumption Policy with Green Power Certificate Market

Abstract

The implementation of renewable energy power consumption policy will have a certain impact on the existing cross-provincial trading market structure of power generation rights. In addition, the possibility of renewable energy producers benefiting from the green power certificate market will also have an important impact on the decision-making of both parties. Therefore, this paper studies the cross-provincial power generation rights trading under renewable energy power consumption policy considering of green power certificate market. Firstly, this paper analyses the trading structure of power generation rights under the consumption policy and then studies the synergistic influence of green power certificate market and power generation rights market. Then, the original clearing method is optimized by introducing the consumption index factor, and the game model of the trading between the two parties of the cross-provincial power generation right is constructed. Finally, the calculation results shows that the renewable energy consumption policy can promote the cross-provincial power generation right trading to some extent.
