The Empirical Study on the Legal System of Information Exchange and Sharing in Cross-Border Economic Cooperation Zone
Abstract
The construction of the legal system of information exchange and sharing in cross-border economic cooperation zone mainly studies how the participating countries reach relevant international agreements.The law of economic analysis provides a good examination contact point and a systematic theoretical explanation for the legal system of information exchange and sharing in cross-border economic cooperation zone.Starting from the three elements of information resource endowment, exctabhange and sharing costand exchange and sharing income, this paper explains the two conditions for reaching relevant international agreements, namely efficiency constraints and fairness constraints. It further discusses how to continuously optimize the legal system of information exchange and sharing through efficiency improvement and game equilibrium,and makes an empirical analysis with the China Kazakhstan Horgos International Border Cooperation Centeras an example.
