For the project study, we mainly discuss the relationships between workplace ostracism, psychological contract breach, procedural justice, and employee defensive territorial behaviors, by surveying and collecting the material and data of 315 employees and their immediate supervisors. After research and statistical analysis, we come to the conclusion as below, that workplace ostracism has a significant positive relation with employee defensive territorial behaviors; psychological contract breach has a mediating corelation with workplace ostracism and defensive territorial behaviors, procedural justice plays a mediating role with workplace ostracism and defensive territorial behaviors, and high procedural justice will weaken the influence of workplace ostracism on employees defensive territory behaviors.
