Comprehensive Evaluation and Practical Application of Recessive Education in University Library

Abstract

In recent years, the educational functions of university libraries have changed more or less. The institutional settings and working procedures of university libraries have been influenced by the western management system, forming a situation of emphasizing management over education. With the change of the purpose of higher education, new ideas and requirements have been put forward for the content, methods and methods of higher education. Under the background of comprehensively promoting quality education, the traditional classroom education, that is, explicit education, cannot fully meet the requirements of quality education. Because of its unique recessive education conditions and advantages, the library of higher education has been recognized by the academic community, education content, education behavior, education process, education effect, education evaluation, education management and other aspects of education management show the characteristics of implicit education. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature at home and abroad, using the successful experience for reference to improve our teaching methods, this paper initially constructs the evaluation index system of the recessive education of university library. Aiming at the problems of the evaluation of the recessive education of library, this paper gives a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and designs the evaluation index system of the recessive education of university library. The library is an important education position for the ideological and political education of college students. In the new period, the hidden educational function of the library in the ideological and political education of college students should be deeply explored to realize the comprehensiveness of education. The library play the role of educating students in the cultivation of college talents and the establishment of correct values for college students, becoming the main position of implicit education for college students.
