Analysis of Project Management Mechanism for Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education in the New Era

Abstract

Management is a necessary condition for the sound development of Sino-foreign cooperative education (SFCE) projects in universities and it is an important issue that needs to be faced in the practice of SFCE on the long-term basis to explore and construct an efficient project management mode for SFCE. Based on such management theories as organization and contingency theory, management process and control and taking Westa College of Southwest University as the object of study, this paper suggests reconstructing a six-step quality assurance mode of cyclical project management, i.e. OEAERI (Objective, Element, Method, Implementation, Result and Improvement) for the purpose of providing reference for the construction of an efficient management mode for SFCEprojects of universities.
