Research on Reconstruction Method of Blade Profile Based on Laser Measurement Technology

Abstract

The geometry and size of the blade determine its working performance. In order to solve the problem of high cost and low efficiency of the high-precision three-dimensional contour measurement of the blade, a new method of blade profile measurement is proposed in this paper, so as the linkage measurement along the normal line of the section profile. Moving measurement according to the line of cutting face, it is using the 3D measuring system based on four axles with three axle moving together, direction of measuring point line and X-Ray measuring line will be the same. The subsequent calculation processing was performed on the data in MATLAB. Based on the laser measurement system, the blade profile measured by the CMM was measured again, which verified the accuracy of the laser measurement system. The measurement of specific examples verifies the effectiveness of the method and the correctness and accuracy of the design theory, and is applied in production, which has a strong engineering practical significance.
