The Influence of Multimedia Based Pedagogy to Empower Creativity in Communication Art and Digital Media Students

Abstract

Digital media art design education is an interdisciplinary subject with internet technology and artistic innovations. Specialized courses in communication arts and digital media art design education are gradually being incorporated into the field of education. Unlike traditional academic art courses, the communication arts, digital media art design education courses depend on the market and from the perspectives of production, practice, and innovative, it enhances the creative thinking, creative consciousness and operational potential of digital media art talents. Fast-growing technological advances in technology, cloud computing social media artificial intelligence virtual reality and digital media has led many educators to embark on acquiring and deploying digital tools in the classroom. They began to implement a technology-centered educational approach to expand their pedagogical methods and to incorporate ideas creatively and to increase the opportunities for their students to innovatively convey their knowledge. The data was collected from 328 communication arts students from Nakhon Nayok Province, Thailand. The data collected randomly from the students.  This paper explores the combination of creativity, technology with communication art and design education, and we advocate the use of digital tools to support creative thinking and the reconstruction of social media applications. Multimedia-based pedagogical practices that might enhance communication art students creativity and suggest new forms of technology with more effective and efficient strategies to inculcate creativity while teaching communication art, design, and digital media courses.
