Research on Personalized Developmental Strategy of Animation Talents Based on AI Intermediary Logic

Abstract

Focusing on personalized developmental strategy of animation talents based on Artificial Intelligence (short for AI) is an important measure to meet the needs of personalized developmental training as well as training of high-level personalized animation talents. In view of the particular role “AI+” plays in the training of animation talents , it jumps out of the traditional unified talent training model, construct personalized developmental “134” spectrum model of “AI+” animation talents based on AI intermediary logic, and take personalized development of animation talents as the goal, from intelligent interventions such as collaborative intelligent, hybrid intelligence, perceived intelligence, group intelligence to crack environment, state, and task uncertainty in personalized development of animation talent cluster group, forming a personalized developmental strategy of animation talents based on “AI+”. The teaching evaluation shows that implementing personalized developmental strategy improves the effectiveness of personalized development of animation talents.
