Abstract

The development of ecological cultural industry is an effective way to realize the sustainable development and utilization of forestry ecological cultural resources, solve the unreasonable industrial structure constraints, and promote the upgrading and integration of forestry industry. Through the analysis of the sustainable development factors of the state-owned forest area and the symbiotic relationship between the forestry industry and the ecology, There are problems such as weak financing capacity, insufficient integration of resource advantages, unsound linkage mechanism, insufficient overall supply, etc. Focusing on accelerating supply-side structural reforms, increasing policy support, creating advantageous industrial clusters, and enhancing industrial competitiveness, etc., using forest landscape recreation value assessment, put forward countermeasures for the development of ecological and cultural industries in state-owned forest areas to improve the core competitiveness of forestry industries Improve the industrial chain, promote the leap from the low end of the value chain to the high end, promote the coordinated development of related industries, and lead the ecological and cultural industry to exert its due relevance and coupling effects.
