Abstract

The Internet of Things is a fast-evolving technological concept that connects everything. The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is used to describe IoT's applicability in numerous industries, including health care. Data Collected from the Internet of Things Devices can help doctors to suggest the best medication for patients. In Healthcare, the privacy of a patient's history and records is critical. The security of confidential information plays a vital role in today's digital world. This paper proposes a fog-based safe method for providing data protection using the Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm

Additionally, IoT-based devices can detect health parameters using sensors and pulse rate sensors. The fog node will store the information generated by the device. The proposed system also generates predictions about heart disease, and a Random Forest algorithm is used to create the results.  The obtained good results of confidentiality & integrity prove the security proposed system.
