An Empirical Study On Users Behaviour Towards Adoption Of Electronic Wallets By Using Utaut Model With Refernce To Krishna District
Abstract
Indian government implemented two major reforms in India such as Demonetization and Digital India. The main purpose of the demonetization is to extinguish corruption, black money , money laundering activities and implement cash less economy in India. Digital India policy main intention is to develop information technology tools and new software applications to enhance digital monetary transactions. Electronic wallet is one of the mean to implement and adopt cashless transactions in India. In India we have more number of top electronic wallets such as Paytm, Mobikwik, Google pay, Bhim Axis pay, Phone Pe, Yono(SBI), Amazon pay etc..,. This study is an effort to examine the users behavior towards adoption of electronic wallets in their daily life style by using Users behavior model. This inquiry mainly examines various parameters like performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived protection, perceived cost, perceived comfort, perceived risk, perceived availability will show impact on the user behavior towards adoption of electronic wallets .These variables are taken form the UTAUT model.
