Abstract

Indian Automotive Business is the second largest per capita earning industry for the nation next to agriculture field. The buying behavior of customers play predominant role and hence automotive manufacturers are willing to understand and act upon this and therefore the automotive manufacturers constantly require expert analysis and judgment before they take any decision to introduce any new models. The need for understanding customers buying choices and the changing behavior, made the automotive manufacturers to engage the solution providers to analyze, classify and predict the data.

The framework is proposed and it explains Auto Ancillary Supply chain linkages with respect to Original Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, Dealers, Exports and Suppliers. This Research paper represents a framework for the various categories of customers related to Auto component organisations. The objective of the research work was to analyse the customer’s choices and to provide suitable solutions through machine learning algorithms. The research work comprised in 4 phases which target different customers of Auto Ancillary Channels.
