Research on the Implementation Method of Team Project for Teacher Training in Physical Education
Abstract
To explore implementation path selection for teacher training team project in physical education discipline, further expand radiation of training team project in physical education discipline and provide a theoretical reference, based on the mission of participating teachers in “learning”, “teaching”, “training”, this paper fully understands their triple roles as “learner”, “teacher” and “trainer”, deeply analyzes the contradictions between the project’s conceptual pursuit and realistic demands, and finds effective implementation path selection from three aspects: optimize the training content to achieve on-demand training, improve communication and coordination between the training unit and local schools, perfect follow-up tracking guidance mechanism.
