Designing Office cum Residential unit for facilitating Professionals to Work from Home

Abstract

Nowadays a crisis named Coronavirus outbreak has disturbed the working lives of all Individuals. The pattern of work is changing which did not exist before and study table and dining tables  have become offices for many individuals as they are forced to work from home. Working from home is easy for few of us, but it's very challenging to set up an office at home for those who have limited space. The present study aims to design an office cum residential unit for facilitating professionals to work from home. The present study was conducted in Surat city, Gujarat. The findings of the study would be beneficial to the professionals who are in need to build a suitable environment to work from home.
