Application of Surface Electromyography Based on Control Mechanics in Human Exercise Training
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to select surface electromyography to study on fatigue assessment
model of quadriceps femoris of sports dancers based on surface EMG processed by wavelet
transform. In this paper, eight students from Sports College of Suzhou University and eight
students from non-physical education institute are experimented. The ratio of male to female is
1:1, and the frequency of sitting position is 2 seconds/lap. The principle of load setting is that
the maximum strength of the control group is close to 80%. All subjects were tired enough to
stop exercising at a constant frequency. Surface electromyography was monitored during the
whole exercise process, and the average EMG amplitude and central frequency were selected
for each exercise stage. Each index was studied by SPSS20.0 statistical software package, and
the collected data were analyzed and processed by independent sample t test. The results show
that surface electromyography can be used to identify and evaluate fatigue in physical training.
