Abstract

In this work, the pressure vessel is efficiently constructed and assessed for strength using the Finite element analysis tool ANSYS. Numerical correlations will almost certainly be included in the structure of a pressure vessel whose design parameters are successfully targeted by a firm based on the designed weld. CATIA will be utilised for modelling. Thermal and structural study of the pressure vessel with various materials will be performed in ANSYS. The thermal analysis in this project was used to estimate the temperature distribution and heat transfer rate per unit area at different materials such as steel, carbon fibre, and E-glass. Static and linear layer analysis will be used to determine stress, deformation, and strain at various layer stackings such as 3, 6, 9, and 12 layers.
