Using data mining technology to discover the scientific laws in the data accumulated during physical training will have a positive impact on guiding physical training scientifically. The study of intrinsic motivation antecedents by social cognitive orientation motivation theory focuses on individual internal variables such as individual needs, abilities, values and achievements. Aiming at some problems existing in physical training at present, this paper discusses the application principle of data mining technology in physical training, and analyzes the weekly load characteristics and physical effects of physical teaching and training. Athletes' self-variables such as physical fitness, skill quality, physical health, sports efficiency, body shape management and negative modification indirectly influence the intrinsic motivation of physical exercise through intermediary variables such as individual ability, autonomy and belonging.
