Abstract

The world has witnessed great interest in the issues of investment in human or educational capital and the returns accrued from it, especially after the economic and social developments achieved by some countries through investment in education and human resources and the effects they have on the macroeconomic level. Therefore, education is the basic base for human development and the necessary condition for its continuation and the most important Factors for building human capital and development together. Development in it leads to economic and social growth and improvement of living standards by increasing individual incomes and motivating work.
