Abstract

The driver's behavior and competency model is adopted from the graduate competency standards based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI). The adopted component consists of 4 components. These four components are called competency units. The first unit of competence is about attitudes and values. The second unit of competence deals with skills in the field of work. The third unit of competence covers knowledge. The fourth unit of competence is rights and responsibilities. The unit of competence consists of 2 parts, namely: elements of competence and indicators of graduation. Elements of competence are part of the unit of competence required to achieve the objectives. The graduation indicator is part of the competency element to assess graduation. The design of the model consists of actors, processes, and databases adopted from the four competency units. The design of the model is made use case and class diagrams. Database design and file specifications are made from use cases and class diagrams. PHP and MYSQL programming languages are used for the implementation of the model. Making a recommendation system is used for drivers. The result of the recommendation system is the classification of drivers with very good, good, and poor categories.
