Abstract

This article presents a systematic literature review that explores community-based learning by adopting the SECI case study model on learning in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative description with mapping and data collection sourced from papers published between 2000 and 2021. Reference sources in this study came from journals, proceedings and other results obtained by 33 papers. The result is that exploring knowledge from tacit to tacit can be through direct coaching, storytelling, and online coaching. Meanwhile, the exploration of knowledge from tacit to explicit (externalization) can be done through the procedure of cooking process texts, books, and eBooks as well as cooking videos. Exploiting knowledge from explicit to explicit can be done through collection, editing and splicing. Exploration of knowledge from explicit to tacit (internalization) can be through training and guidance. The results of the research can help students, and the general public to learn more deeply about learning to cook through the community.
