Identification and Recognition of Human Face by using DNN Framework Mapping with Attendance system

Abstract

In this era of technology, modern methodologies are used in every nook and corner to so solve complex problems. Similarly, the proposed concept is to create a smart entrance system for a corporate setting. The CNN method is used to detect facial photos and give recognition utilizing advances in machine learning techniques. Later the model is embedded into a desktop application. Facial recognition involves preparing a database. Checking attendance manually is a difficult process. A proper record is to be maintained by the environment for attendance which consumes a lot of time and maintaining record may be hectic. There is a high chance of error occurring while maintaining a record and it requires a lot of time and various criteria to be fulfilled. Hence marking attendance automatically is must and maintains a proper record. Hence this paper is developed with an idea to create an environment with smart attendance system using Deep Neural Networks (DNN). The environment receives the facial recognition using OpenCV
