Review on Solubility Improvement of Hydrogel Containg Hydrophobic Drug

Abstract

Throughout drug discovery and development, estimated 40% to 70% of reasons of delay or failure for new chemical substances and main reason behind it is poor biopharmaceutical properties of the drug such as low solubility, poor permeability and lower chemical stability .
