Abstract

The process of developing agricultural production in general and the development of human food in particular is part of the interests of countries to confront the increase in population and increase the demand for it. Through poor production in one of the dairy factories in the country, which is the Abu Ghraib dairy factory, due to the production and technical problems that it suffers from, the misuse of available resources and poor management, which led to the failure to achieve high profits, so the aim of the research is to achieve an optimal production combination for the Abu Ghraib dairy through Study the reality of the factory and identify the volume of available resources and commodity requirements used and access to the optimal commodity mix through reallocation of resources between the different production lines with which the maximum possible profit margin is achieved, and benefit from sensitivity analysis in dealing with changes that occur during the production process, so the research recommends adopting Scientific methods, especially the linear programming method, in planning the resources available in the laboratory to apply the optimal production plans that would lead In order to maximize the profits of the plant, increase its production, as well as lead to the optimal allocation of the available economic resources. After obtaining the results, it was found that the use of linear programming methods has a significant and effective role in managing production and addressing the problems experienced by production institutions by giving optimization according to the available resources.
