Abstract

The main concept of the  researchstudy is to examine the sway of knowledge management and employee performance. Employee performance has greater positive impact on creating financial rewards. Onthe root of this study it was concluded that impact of knowledge management  has positive correlation with employee job performance. Knowledge management is the most important Ingredient of innovation, high praised resource for sustainable competitiveness and long term business success.
