Abstract

FSW (friction stir welding) seems to be a solid-state joining technique. This method of connecting is both energy-efficient and environmentally beneficial, as well as adaptable. FSW is widely regarded as the most important advancement in metal joining technology over the years. Friction stir processes (FSP) has been recently created to modify the microstructure of metallic materials. This study discusses how to construct dissimilar junctions between aluminum alloys and mild steel for engineering purposes utilizing friction stir welding.
