Abstract

India is a land of its own, and urban development would be critical if the gap between rich and poor is to be bridged for human progress. India is placed 135th in both the Comprehensive Human Development Index (HDI) and the Gender Development Index (GDI) in the 2014 Human Development Report (HDR), which the United Nations evaluates as a "human development standard" in a smart region. People have access to excellent education, health care, clean water, sanitation, and nutrition, and sustainable energy sources are utilised as a metric of development. The wise city also has a high level of security, gender equality, and democratic participation.Citizens often use sustainable energy resources for development. Village development and improved village construction are integrated through building codes to build houses safer and healthier. This paper explores how a competent district leader promotes the development of their village and buildings and makes the necessary progress in transforming it into a thriving town using the qualities of a capable district leader—taken six flourishing valleys. The nine parameters in the construction sector that lead the villages to the developed villages are also identified.
