Abstract

Automation in the industry has both negative and positive impacts on the workforce. The impact of automation will change the work culture in the next few years. The unparalleled swift and expansion of industrial disruption catalyzed by the fourth industrial revolution are impacting the function across all industries. Manufacturers are introducing advanced machinery, digitizing functions and automating, and applying advanced data analytics. Pharmaceutical companies are also facing disruptions in their business models and the latest technological machinery. This movement cause deviation on a new skill that the workforce must have for operations that are necessary and compelling companies and the workforce to accept new ways of working. To cope with the fourth industrial revolution automation is crucial. However industrial automation is taking over the importance of the human workforce in the workplace.
