Manufacturers are introducing advanced machinery, digitizing functions and automating, and applying advanced data analytics. Pharmaceutical companies are also facing disruptions in their business models and the latest technological machinery. This movement cause deviation on a new skill that the workforce must have for operations that are necessary and compelling companies and the workforce to accept new ways of working.
