Survey on Image Segmentation

Abstract

Image segmentation is a method of dividing an image into multiple segments. It will smooth out the image and make it easier to analyze. In addition, the segmentation process assists in locating a region of interest in a given image. The primary goal is to make the image more straightforward and relevant. Existing segmentation approaches are unable to accommodate all types of data. This study looked into numerous image segmentation techniques to overcome the issues.
