Feature Extraction using Kernel Based Fuzzy C-Mean on Cancer Diagnosis

Abstract

Mining of data is an art on finding the extracted result in complex data. In health care domain mining data plays a major role on executing the determined result successfully. Hence the technique enhanced with data analytics using Artificial intelligence, Machine learning and deep learning to improve the time efficiency on predicting the results. In this research the classification accuracy is predicted under Kaggle dataset with 1001 records with 25 attributes and dataset received from general prescription of the cancer patientsfrom manual records. The research forwards the principle on finding the cancer stages in dataset using Kernel based fuzzy C-Mean approach respectively.
