Technology is also being modified day by day by new innovators bringing ideas in the services sector, product sector, or any sector to change the market positions and face the competitive challenge market. In the entertainment service sector, they modify by bringing the OTT platforms service that people can utilize anywhere, anytime, at their budget, and as per their choice of service and entertainment which they make comfortable and satisfied as compared to the theatres. OTT platform is a different type of entertainment service that provides various kinds of web series movies, live streaming shows, live matches, and many more. There are so many OTT platform services available in the market which provide different services to the people at different costs and offers. This paper is compared and analyzes people’s satisfaction with the various OTT platform’s services and their subscription costs.
