Abstract

The powder mixing technology was employed in this study to adjust the ratio of added Bismuth Oxide to Tin Oxide, which was increased by (1,3,5,7) percent wet utilizing the vacuum evaporation method. The range of thickness for thin films (80-100)nm . EDX analysis shows the results of the ratios were close to the required values. XRD analysis shows pure Tin Oxide crystalline of the FCC phase, observed that the structural properties improves with addition (1,5)%Wt and the composition of a triangular compound (Bi7Sn0.1O10.1) and (Bi12SnO20S(. Scanning Electron Microscope Images By increasing the impurities, The structural features start to resemble randomness., and the Tin Oxide begins to separate the Bismuth Oxide and rise above the Tin Oxide due to the crystal size of the Bismuth Oxide .The optical characteristics revealed an increase in the optical energy gap value.(3-3.7)eV
