Abstract

Telecom industry has been the source for generating about 327.8 billion rupees in the economy and is currently one of the most greatly taxed sectors of the country. People now are relying on cell phones more than anything else. The telecom service providers are continuously coming up with different call, messaging, internet and other packages to generate better revenues for their respective companies. However, more revenues can be generated only when the demands of target market are met. Customer satisfaction is the key to success for any company dealing with products and services.
