Analysis of the Influence of the Main Director's Leadership Indicators on Increasing Employee work Motivation at the Fastabiqsehat PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Pati District, Central Java Province

Abstract

            One that affects employee motivation is leadership in an organization. Leadership is the ability to influence and guide subordinates by guiding, motivating and directing to achieve organizational effectiveness. An effective leadership is related to staff job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all employees at the FastabiqSehat PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Pati Regency, Central Java. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. Leadership has a significant effect and contributes to increasing employee motivation at the FastabiqSehat PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Pati Regency, Central Java.
