Abstract

Industry 4.0 has revolutionized the world by integrating robots and artificial intelligence at various level of functionalities. Industry 4.0 is a revolution in industry by augmenting intelligence into the system. Industrial robots have revolutionized various sectors of industries. Artificial intelligence is incorporated in these robots to perform the task efficiently and faster. They are employed in very risk places too. Machine learning algorithms are the core structure in building an artificial intelligent system. Nature-inspired algorithms have gained vast popularity in recent years to solve complex problems using optimization functions. These algorithms perform in the same way of the natural process. Neural network is one such algorithm that works based on neurons of human brain. It is used to solve complex problems. Indo-MIM is one of the pioneer industries in partaking the industry revolution 4.0 by implementing robots at various levels. Monitoring the working of robots and predicting the status of them is a challenging task. This paper highlights the solution to this challenging task using neural network algorithm.
