Covid-19: Relevance of yoga practices and balanced diet for maintaining healthy lifestyle continuity under restrictions and stress imposed by lockdown

Abstract

The present study based on the importance of yoga with the balanced diet during the pandemic which stagnate our life. During the Covid-19 spread everything is impacting which slow down our working style as well also affect our day to day activities. In this curious time is importance to take care of our health when there was a lockdown and we have to stay our home to avoid public gathering to avoid physical contact with people. This also affects our health mentally as well as physically.  During this time the only best way to stay healthy mentally and physically without going to gym and outside is yoga. Due to this lockdown there was also psychological effect in our health. Therefore, this study will able to understand the importance of yoga during this lockdown and with the help yoga and balanced diet we actually maintain and adopt a healthy lifestyle without giving much fees going to gym and other physical activities places. This study also highlights the challenges we are facing today due to the lack of proper life style. In this study the sampling method has been used to analysis the relevance of yoga and healthy nutritional diet in daily routine which helping to improve our immune system during the Covid-19. Along with this, the paper also discusses the challenges and difficulties we are facing during this Covid-19 which is affecting our health. The main finding of the paper is able to highlight the people’s opinion which is categorized between yoga-practitioners and non-yoga practitioners- on yoga and balanced diet especially during the pandemic.
