A Study on Psychological Behavior of the Administrative Employees in the Hospital in Delhi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the psychological behavior of the administrative employees and its effects on the performance of the organization and behavioral changes of the administrative employees under psychological violence.The result shows the significant difference between mean score of psychological behavior of the administrative employees and its effect on the performance of the organization. Better interventions leads to improved pyscholgical behavior and high level of performance by organizational approach by problem soving, participation in team,  improve communication etc. It is comcluded that Healthcare organisations require to build the right and comfortable environment to be able to streghthenemployees empowerment and also helps to create an awarenss about the significance of having a psychological outlook of performance at workplace.
