Abstract

The relevance of the work. Reinforced concrete occupies one of the leading places in terms of volume of use in various sections of construction. The durability of reinforced concrete directly depends on the durability of the reinforcement used in it. Metal fittings are susceptible to corrosion under the influence of external corrosive environments. As a result, there is a loss of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete elements and, in general, the entire building and structure. To ensure the durability of reinforced concrete structures, scientific research is needed to solve the problem of corrosion of reinforcement and concrete.

An alternative option for replacing metal reinforcement in load-bearing reinforced concrete structures is composite fiberglass reinforcement. Fiberglass reinforcement has a number of advantages over steel reinforcement, which will be considered in this work, therefore, replacing steel reinforcement with fiberglass is an urgent task, both from a scientific and practical point of view.Purpose of work. On the basis of a set of experimental and theoretical studies, to reveal the mechanism of adhesion of composite fiberglass reinforcement with concrete. Compare the bearing capacity of concrete specimens reinforced with fiberglass reinforcement with concrete specimens reinforced with metal reinforcement of equal diameter under different operating conditions.
