Research on the using natural language Processing for Marketing Enhancement in E-Commerce
Abstract
Customers use the tremendous amount of data available on the internet around the globe for different ideas and views on various goods present in the market present in text form. This data, therefore, should be arranged in a well-organized manner. One of the methods to do so is Sentiment analysis. The sentimental analysis uses natural language processing and evaluates the sentiment using text data. The main purpose of this research work is to predict and analyze a text using a technique called sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis uses a machine learning method called MC_SVM (Support vector machine). Support vector machine is a mathematical model used in various e-commerce platforms to classify and predict customer opinions.
