A Study to Measure the Readiness of Employees towards Online Training
Abstract
COVID-19 pandemic has turned the vistas of training paradigms & has accelerated the growth of online mode of training programs in various employment sectors. In the initial phase, it was quite difficult for the organizations & employees to shift to this mode but with the time, they have been quite comfortable with it. This study was conducted on 550 employees from educational, corporate, industrial & starts up sector of Southern Rajasthan with the objective to measure the adaptability scheme & readiness for accepting the online training culture during their employment phase. Suggestions were laid for the organization & employees to get easily acquainted with this technological up gradation.
