Abstract

India's surging urban population resides in the country's main metropolises. These cities are crucial in sustaining strong rates of economic growth in the years, as they account for a large portion of India's GDP.Consumer confidence rises when the economy grows, individuals have more spending power, and unemployment rates remain low. All of this contributes to a growth in business. We chose restaurants as business representatives and used a longitudinal method to examine the sorts of cuisines that locals preferred. The research was administered in three metropolitan cities: Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. For this, we used the Zomato dataset, which was normalised before being evaluated in Hadoop Ecosystem. The findings were exhibited, and when assessed, it was revealed that ready-to-eat meals were preferred. The significance of Dine Out and Desserts cannot be overstated. The trend holds true in all of the places investigated.
