It will examine the current situation in India as thoroughly as possible utilizing the existing available resources, with a focus on data mining and artificial intelligence (AI) or soft evidence. The study concluded that AI is important as a supporting technology in policing, fighting crime, and cybercrime, as well as models for enforcing the law, but there was no evidence of using AI advanced methods in data mining in India police and intelligence, simply because accessing the security information of such bodies was impossible.
