The outcome of the papers is that Personality traits variables (Extroversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism and Openness are have positive impact with the beta value of 0.27, 0.31, 0.23 and 0.07. Conscientiousness have negatively impact with the beta value of - 0.23) are have positive impact on behavioral impact with the average beta value of 0.677 and the behavioral impact have a positive impact with the beta value of 0.834.The simulation results obtained from the AMOS software revealed that a greater number of arts and science students reported positive approach of the personality traits on their academic performance.
