Abstract

In marine operations, having an engaged and actively minded staff is important. With so many distractions and time-consuming administrative tasks, today's work environment makes this difficult. This article will aim to identify areas in the marine transportation sector where artificial intelligence (AI) and robots might be utilised to provide value and gain a competitive edge. It will do so by examining whether procedures may be automated, therefore lowering administrative hassles and improving staff productivity. The goal is that this technology will lower employee workloads for jobs that are less interesting and satisfying.By removing some of the distractions from the forest, employees will be able to dedicate more time to more important activities, resulting in a safer and more productive working environment. According to the results, several AI technologies already in use might be well adapted to some of the operations seen in the marine industry. The difficulty in calculating the amount and creating a systematic method to executing such initiatives within the industry's existing constraints remains.
