Abstract

The presented paper concentrates on the effective and persistent sensor less control of speed for the water pumping system which is operated on solar which also had the solar photo voltaic array provided with submersible induction motor drive (SIMD). The sensor less control and speed assessment of the SIMD are challenging works to be done. Furthermore, the parameter changing of the motor results in disintegration of the sensor less control. Consequently, submersible induction motor (SIM) sensor less control needs exact and strong stator current control. For the adjustment of motor power and for the controlling of speed for the single stage solar PV analysis, the sliding mode dependent DC link voltage regulator is selected. The firm control despite of motor parameter deviation, can be achieved by the integral sliding mode observer (ISMO) supported with speed determination of SIM and the decoupling of the current by the sliding mode current control (SMCC). In the speed sensorless control the proportional integral controller (PI) is operated and again in the place of PI controller the fuzzy controller is used there by enhancing steady state performance is improved,  the distortions and noises that were present when the PI controller  used are also mitigated. In the events of ambiguity of the water pumping for various agricultural needs, ISM installed sensorless control through SMCC for the submersible motor assists many advantages. These give quick response at the time of dynamics. The definite valuation of the rotor speed is obtained for greater range of speed following different dynamic conditions, the performance is also improved when the fuzzy controller is used. The evolved system under single stage PV topology and three phase voltage source inverter (VSI) connected IMD supplying  the pump as the attached load, is drafted in the MATLAB software once with introduction PI controller and exchanging it with the fuzzy controller, and their corresponding simulation results are compared.
