Abstract

The majority of the emergency clinics save their patient's information on a local storage system, and they use no extra storage for backup. A subject such as data security examines how healthcare systems are managed electronically. Several emergency clinics relocated to distributed data storage, which caused data security breaches. In the wake of the COVID pandemic, different healthcare suppliers have been plagued by a range of security issues. Recent advances in block chain technology have made it an effective means of protecting sensitive data. As the need for secure storage of patient information as electronic healthcare records grows, many experts are collaborating on the implementation of the Interplanetary File System (IPFS) and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) of Block chain technology. A point-by-point examination of IPFS and NFT block chain technology is presented in this article, which facilitates efficient data storage and access for medical care. In this paper, the current arrangements and challenges, as well as emerging engineering are explored, as well as future advancements in IPFS, NFT, and Block chain technologies.
