Abstract

In order to move materials deftly and easily in a tight plant condition, an omni-directional versatile robot dependent on four Mecanum wheels was planned. The mechanical arrangement of the versatile robot is comprised of three distinct layers to improve its blend and redesign. Each modularized wheel was introduced firmly on body, which guarantees the moving solidness and keeps the separations of four wheels perpetual. The control framework comprises of two-level regulators that actualize movement control and multi-sensor information preparing, separately. In order to make the mobile robot navigate in an unknown semi-structured indoor environment, the data from the Camera will be live streamed via WiFi for operator to get the visual feed. Finally, the mobile robot was integrated in an intuitive Web Interface which can only be accessed by authorised person for remote viewing and controlling the robot. Also, Several sensors like Ultrasonic Sensor has been integrated for Obstacle avoidance, Alcohol Sensor has been implemented and Seat Belt Verification as well.
