Art of Storytelling through Podcasting and Conveying literary Novel to Radio audience

Abstract

A podcast is an audio programme, just like ‘Talk Radio’, but you subscribe to it on your Smartphone/PC/Laptop and listen to it whenever you like. Podcasting is a boon as well as modern gate way for radio listeners as well as Radio programme producers. The Internet offers a whole host of opportunities and that has made them an independent Radio programmer. This is an excellent endeavor in an environment where radio is increasingly heard through the online. It is noteworthy that today's younger generation, especially college students part of Podcast activity. Story telling has been around since the beginning of time. Story telling developed into an important part of every early culture, usually following similar evolutions in both subject material and storytelling genres. People found themselves with more free times, and the demand for entertainment increased.  Author Joseph Daniel says in his book, the story teller’s journey: An American can Revival, “The story teller’s presence embodies a concentration of physical, emotional, mental and unconscious faculties through which an audience is transported away from the physical plane”.
